Request removal of your personal information collected by TD Solar.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like your personal data (such as your name, phone number, email address, or any information submitted through our website or WhatsApp) to be deleted from our records, you can submit a request using any of the methods below.
1. Email Request
Send an email to contact@tdsolar.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the phone number or email address associated with your data so we can locate and verify your request.
2. WhatsApp Request
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 9775550672 with the message "Delete my data". We will confirm your request and the information to be removed.
3. Written Request
You may also write to us at: TD Solar, GN/Shop No. - G2 & G5, Rajnandini Villa, Khardaha, Kolkata - 700116, West Bengal, India, mentioning your data deletion request.
Processing Time
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete. Certain data may be retained only as required by applicable law or for legitimate business records.
Data We Cannot Delete
Some information may be retained where legally required (e.g., tax, accounting, or contractual records). Such data is kept only for the period mandated by law and is not used for marketing or communication purposes.
